2. Legal bases

We process personal data in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act (FADP) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Legal bases may in particular be:

• consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR),
• performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (lit. b),
• legal obligation (lit. c),
• legitimate interest (lit. f).

3. Categories of data processed

• contact data (e.g. email address),
• communication data (e.g. content of enquiries),
• usage data (e.g. pages visited, access time),
• technical data (IP address, browser, operating system, referrer).

4. Purposes of processing

• provision and security of the landing page,
• answering contact enquiries,
• improvement of our offering,
• fulfilment of legal obligations.

5. Server log files

When the page is accessed, our hosting provider automatically collects technical information in what are known as server log files (e.g. IP address, date and time, requested resource, browser data). The processing serves to ensure stability and security, for example to prevent misuse, on the basis of our legitimate interest.

Retention period: as a rule up to 30 days, unless longer retention is required to investigate security incidents or for legal reasons.

6. Fonts (Google Fonts)

This page loads fonts via the Google Fonts service (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). When the page is accessed, the IP address of your device is transmitted to Google so that the font files can be delivered.

The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a consistent and appealing presentation. If you wish to avoid this, the fonts can be embedded locally in a later version.

7. Cookies and local storage

This page uses no cookies and no tracking. For functional purposes, your browser's local storage is used: to store your acknowledgement of the privacy notice and to remember your chosen language.

These entries remain exclusively on your device and are not transmitted to us. No marketing or tracking technologies are used.

8. Web analytics

This page currently uses no web analytics and no tracking. Should an analytics solution be introduced at a later point, this statement will be updated beforehand accordingly and, where required, your consent obtained.

9. Contact and forms

If you contact us by email, we process the data you transmit in order to handle your request. The legal basis is generally our legitimate interest in efficient communication or, for contract-related enquiries, the performance of a contract.

The contact form and the clinic form are delivered to our email address we@radiosa.ch via the FormSubmit service (FormSubmit, USA). The details you enter are transmitted to FormSubmit. Processing may also take place in the USA; appropriate safeguards are ensured.

10. Waitlist

When you join the waitlist, we transmit your email address to our service provider Loops (Loops, Inc., USA). Loops manages the waitlist and, on our behalf, sends the notification about the app launch.

The legal basis is your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time. Processing may also take place in the USA; appropriate safeguards are ensured.

11. Recipients and processors

We disclose personal data only where this is necessary, where there is a legal basis or where consent has been given. Recipients may in particular include:

• hosting and infrastructure: external hosting provider,
• fonts: Google Ireland Limited, Ireland,
• waitlist and launch notification: Loops, Inc., USA,
• form delivery: FormSubmit, USA.

12. Data transfer abroad

Data processing may take place in countries outside Switzerland or the EEA. Where no adequate level of data protection exists there, we ensure appropriate safeguards, such as standard contractual clauses.

13. Retention period

We store personal data only for as long as is necessary for the respective purpose or as long as statutory retention obligations exist. Afterwards, data is deleted or anonymised.

• contact enquiries: as a rule up to 24 months,
• server log data: as a rule up to 30 days.

14. Data security

We take appropriate technical and organisational security measures (e.g. TLS and HTTPS, access restrictions, role and authorisation concepts) to protect personal data against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.

15. Your rights

Depending on the applicable law, you have in particular the following rights:

• information about the data stored about you,
• rectification of inaccurate data,
• deletion or restriction of processing,
• objection to certain processing,
• data portability, where applicable,
• withdrawal of consent given, with effect for the future.
